It's the time of year to return to NRG Fitness at 174 E Michigan Ave in Ironwood, MI!  

Yoga Curious classes will be held 5:30-6:30pm (central time) every Monday starting October 6th.  In these one hour sessions we'll explore traditional yoga for everyday living, including adaptable poses, breath techniques and meditations.

There's a sliding fee scale ($5-$20 per class), and the first class is free for each student.  Pre-registration is not necessary and payment can be completed by cash, check (made out to Home Body Yoga) or PayPal.  Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes, there are yoga props at the studio or you can bring your own.  

Also note that there's a lot of street construction happening around the studio right now, so please give yourself time and grace to find a parking spot and walk a bit more than normal to the main entrance in the back of the building.
