Yoga Curious classes are held 5:30-6:30pm (central time) every Monday at NRG Fitness at 174 E Michigan Ave in Ironwood, Michigan! November 2026 dates are the 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th!

In these one hour sessions we explore traditional yoga for everyday living, including adaptable poses, breath techniques & meditations.  Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes, there are yoga props at the studio or you can bring your own.  

There's a sliding fee scale ($5-$20 per class), & the first class is free for each student.  Pre-registration is not necessary & payment can be completed by cash, check (made out to Home Body Yoga) or PayPal.
