March will have a little spring break - no class Monday the 9th - and a little treat, keep reading!

Yoga Curious classes are held 5:30-6:30pm (central time) every Monday at NRG Fitness at 174 E Michigan Ave in Ironwood, MI!

In these one hour sessions we explore traditional yoga for everyday living, including adaptable poses, breath techniques and meditations.  Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes, there are yoga props at the studio or you can bring your own.  

There's a sliding fee scale ($5-$20 per class), and the first class is free for each student.  Pre-registration is not necessary and payment can be completed by cash, check (made out to Home Body Yoga) or PayPal.
